Frequently Asked Questions
Is the DJ equipment compatible with rekordbox and Serato?
Yes — the Pioneer XDJ-RX3 and CDJ-3000 both support rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro, so you can bring your own USB or prepared library and plug straight in.
Can I hire just a DJ mixer or controller on its own?
Yes, every item — the XDJ-RX3, CDJ-3000, DJM-900NXS2 mixer and DJ booth — can be hired individually, or book the CDJ-3000 & DJM-900NXS2 Set for a full rider-ready club setup.
Do I need a separate PA system with the DJ equipment?
DJ decks and mixers don't include speakers. Pair your DJ gear with one of our Speaker Sets for a complete sound system, or ask us for a bundled PA + DJ package.
Is the DJ equipment set up for me, or do I need to set it up myself?
We deliver and set up the DJ equipment for you as part of our delivery service, or you can self pick-up from Manly Vale and set it up yourself if you're an experienced DJ.
