Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to bring my own screen?
No — the Projector Pack includes an 80"–120" screen along with the stand and wiring. If you already have a wall or screen to project onto, the Epson EB-2250U on its own is a cheaper option.
Is the projector bright enough for daytime or outdoor use?
The Epson EB-2250U outputs 5,000 lumens, which handles most indoor venues with ambient light well. For bright outdoor daylight, projectors generally need shading or dusk/evening timing to look their best — ask us if you're unsure for your setup.
What's the projector commonly used for?
Presentations, sports screenings, wedding slideshows and videos, and outdoor movie nights are all common uses — it's delivered and set up ready to plug in your laptop or device.
Is setup included with the projector hire?
Yes, delivery includes full setup of the projector, screen (if hired), stand and wiring, and we pack it down after your event.
